Kyle grew up in Washington State and attended Seattle Pacific University, receiving a BA in Communication with a minor in Philosophy. After graduating, he and his wife, Amy, worked as assistant cruise directors and traveled the world together. Upon arriving back stateside, Kyle launched into the marketplace. He worked as a director of operations for two years in a start-up, an account executive for a leadership development company, and a vendor in HR at Microsoft. Kyle then received a call from the Lord to step into full-time ministry as a Jr. High Youth Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church, and soon began working toward his MA in Pastoral Studies at Multnomah Biblical Seminary. Just before finishing seminary, the Lord called Kyle to step into full-time missions work overseas.

Kyle served as a missionary with Josiah Venture in Eastern Europe for six years as the Director of Communication. The Lord then led Kyle back to the US to serve as an executive pastor at his sending church, Crossroads Bible Church. During his time at Crossroads, he received his certification in church consulting and an MA in Executive Leadership in Christian Ministry from Colorado Christian University.

In addition to consulting with Vitality, Kyle also serves as a principal consultant with Talent Realized and as the Director of Church Strengthening for Vinia, which is the Western Region of the Missionary Church denomination.

Kyle resides in Sandpoint, Idaho, with his lovely wife, Amy, and their three boys.
